These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement for all users of the be99o platform and its services. By using the be99o website, app, or any of its services, you automatically agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before the welcome bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal, you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 in bets required before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on designated games on be99o.
• If a withdrawal is requested while a bonus is active, the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be cancelled.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is prohibited.
• If an unusual betting pattern is detected at be99o's discretion, the bonus may be forfeited.

5.4 Other Promotions

From time to time, be99o may introduce additional promotions, cashback offers, or reload bonuses. Each offer will have its own terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of the announcement.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

• If a technical issue affects the outcome of a game, be99o reserves the right to cancel the round if necessary.
• Any prize displayed as a result of a software error or technical malfunction will not be considered a valid prize.

• Gold — Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Members can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular active play. Cashback for each tier is calculated according to that tier's conditions, and the same wagering rules as bonuses may apply. be99o reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

8. Prohibited Activities & Account Suspension

The following activities are strictly prohibited on be99o:

• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources
• Cheating, collusion, or illegal coordination with other players in games
• Hacking, scraping, or attempting to breach platform security
• Using another person's account or playing on behalf of a third party
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse
• Impersonating be99o staff or engaging in fraudulent communications

If any of the above activities are detected, be99o may close the account without notice, forfeit the balance, and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.

9. Responsible Gaming

12.2 Account Closure

A member may request to close their account at any time. If there is a verified balance before closure, the opportunity to withdraw it will be provided (provided no active bonus exists). In the event of a breach of terms and conditions, be99o may close the account without notice.
